Our team is comprised of professionals who care about improving your mobility and strength over time and educating you to build sustainable practices. Unlike some programs, we do not provide a one-size-fits-all approach. You will receive a personalized, tailored plan that works for your body and current abilities. Better still, we are your accountability partner! We help you build consistent habits over time to safely reach your goals.
Our performance training services are open to all ages. From youth athletes to adults keeping active through sports and exercise, we can assist anyone to improve their training, recovery, and performance. We are experts in our profession because of our attention to detail and the ability to build out unique plans for every individual we coach.
What to Expect
When you enter our facility for the first time, you will be greeted by a member of our friendly team. We will need some paperwork, including a waiver, on file before we move forward with the process. Once all the Ts are crossed and the Is are dotted, we can move forward with the initial meeting. You will meet with our Performance Director, Anton, to learn more about the process. From there, you can expect:
One-on-one initial meeting to discuss goals and perform movement evaluation
Review of eating habits and creation of a feasible meal plan
Accountability plan from Anton
Education on how to build safe, consistent habits
During the initial meeting, you will receive a tour of our 5-star facility. You will see that we offer physical training along with performance training and sports recovery. This allows us to build out a facility that can meet an array of needs for all of our clients.
We have many machines that you would find in a traditional gym setting. We believe results can be achieved with deliberate, slow movements rather than fast, high-frequency repetitions. We focus on free weights and stretching to promote safe, consistent habits you can apply to your daily life.
Performance Training We Offer
We believe that performance training should be fully tailored to each individual. A youth athlete shouldn’t receive the same training as an adult with joint pain. This is why our initial meeting with a movement evaluation is so crucial. We use this information to recommend programs and routines that will truly help you train, perform, and/or recover.
Individual appointments and group training help you pursue your goals in an environment that motivates you. Some clients enjoy working one-on-one and others prefer the community aspect. Whatever your preference, we can build a safe, effective performance training program that fits your desires:
6 week challenge
Our 6-week challenge helps you quickly make your dream body a reality! Whether you’re trying to build muscle or lose fat, this program will get you there. An exclusive online community and a personal accountability coach will make sure you stay on track as you build new habits in fitness and nutrition.
Sport Specific Training
The most elite athletes know that their success comes from the work they put in off the field. Sport-specific training will develop your athletic abilities beyond what you could have imagined. Combining speed, agility, strength, and conditioning, our sport-specific training takes your skills to the next level!
Small Group Training
Getting back into shape can be an intimidating process. Our small group training makes it a lot easier. Go through your personalized workouts in a group setting to get all the support, motivation, and encouragement you need.
Post Injury
Whether you’ve graduated from physical therapy after surgery or suffered a sports injury at practice, our post-injury training is a great way to “bullet-proof” your body. Protect yourself from future injury by going through a program developed to strengthen any weak areas, and make your strong areas even stronger.
Private Sessions
If you’re looking for one-on-one attention from our fitness and sports trainer, this is for you! Private sessions give you undivided attention along with a customized fitness plan to get you to your goals quickly. Whether you want to lose weight or gain muscle, our trainer will develop the perfect plan for your goals and walk you through it step-by-step.
We are open Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm and on Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. With such a wide range of appointment times, we are certain we can build a program that fits in with your daily routine.
